you agree to be bound by this Agreement, and all “baby naming service” policies and guidelines referenced in this Agreement or incorporated into this Agreement by reference;
you have the legal power and authority to enter this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the person or entity you represent; and
you will not abuse or misuse the Service or misrepresent your identity to us

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY, AS ACCESSING, REGISTERING TO USE OR USING THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to the proprietorship firm - Baby Naming Service.
“Content” collectively means all text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website, whether free to all or part of our paid Service.
“Buyer” refers to the client/customer of BABY NAMING SERVICE who places an order WWW.BABYNAMING.IN
“Order” refers to the order of the baby naming project that the buyer places with Babynaming.in.

Revisions

The number of feedback based revisions offered vary in accordance with the pricing package a buyer selects. The revisions may be offered only after a valid feedback is given on each of the previously presented names.

Using multiple names

Each order placed by a buyer entitles the buyer to use only one name. The buyer is liable to pay a pre-decided fee for using any additional name apart from the finalised name, as agreed between BABY NAMING SERVICE and the buyer. All the names suggested during a naming project, apart from the ones finalised by the buyer, remain the intellectual property of BABY NAMING SERVICE.

Refunds

BABY NAMING SERVICE offers no refunds to a buyer once the naming project commences. In certain exceptional cases, partial amount can be refunded based on a mutual agreement between the buyer and BABY NAMING SERVICE.

Liability

Under no circumstances, BABY NAMING SERVICE is liable to any monetary loss, loss of reputation or loss of life incurred to the buyer due to the use of the name suggested by BABY NAMING SERVICE.

Disputes

Any dispute(s) arising between any party and BABY NAMING SERVICE falls under the New Delhi, India Jurisdiction.
